Cook with joy, dear friends!
1. 50g (2oz) butter.
2. 3 cloves of garlic, fry for 1 minute.
3. 300 g (10 oz) mushrooms.
4. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
5. Salt, parsley.
6. Over high heat, add ¾ cup (180 mL) white wine.
7. Boil for 5 minutes.
8. Boil 300g (10 oz) of pasta in salted water.
9. 1¼ cup (300ml) heavy cream, salt.
10. Boil for 5 minutes.
11. Save some pasta water.
12. 1 cup parmesan cheese and pasta water.
